if you find some of your FLASH video are ´´jerking´´
do the following
go to

http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-windows.html

UNINSTALL FLASH USING THE UNINSTALLER

DONT just delete it from add/remove programs

then check via klyo/firefox
that it is NOT on your machine

then reinstall the NON IE version

http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/find-version-flash-player.html

this should fix the jerking that was happening before

With Kylo 1.1.1 (released today), Flash version 11.3 comes pre-bundled. Please let me know if you experience any problems with the latest version. I have not seen the jerking you’re talking about.

YouTube videos won’t play?
Most videos on YouTube are streamed through Adobe Flash player. If you’re having trouble playing videos on YouTube, we suggest you install the latest version of the Flash player.

Before installing Adobe Flash, you will need to first uninstall any older versions you currently have running on your computer. To do so, download Adobe’s official uninstaller here. Make sure to select your correct operating system, and then “Uninstall Flash.”
Now that you’ve uninstalled the older version of Flash, follow Adobe’s instructions for reinstalling the most recent version. The download option is on the right-hand side of the page.
Once you’ve downloaded the file, please exit your browser first, and then install the upgraded version of Flash to you’re computer.
Finally, open your browser again and go to YouTube. You should now be able so successfully watch videos!

interesting that youtube/google say you need to uninstall old flash before installing a new version
